Business in the parties
The panel is the excuse. The party is the point.
Nobody signs a joint venture in a breakout room. They sign it at 11pm on a rooftop with someone they met at the coffee cart. AFFMashup tracks the side of the circuit no conference website will ever list for you.

- 12 events a year — the densest city on the circuit
- Visa: check before you book, processing is slow in summer
- Most of the affiliate crowd stays around Shoreditch and King's Cross
- 6 events — clustered in the cooler months
- Visa on arrival for many passports; confirm yours first
- Venues are far apart — budget for taxis, not walking
- Hosts SBC Summit 2026 at the end of September
- Schengen rules apply — apply at least a month out
- September is warm and dry; book hotels early, the city fills
- SPiCE Southeast Asia runs here in August
- Visa exemption for many passports, typically 30 days
- August is rainy season — the venues are indoors, the parties aren't
- 6 events including Ai4 with 12,000+ attending
- ESTA or a B1 visa — start early, appointment waits are long
- Everything is on one strip; the afterparties are the real agenda
- PROFX Expo Africa lands here in August
- Visa-free for many passports for up to 90 days
- August is winter — pack a jacket, the evenings are cold

The 2026 circuit
A short, honest guide to the year.
Written by the team that maintains the directory. Updated 6 August 2026.
What the affiliate event circuit actually looks like in 2026
The affiliate marketing conference calendar is more crowded than it has ever been, and more concentrated. AFFMashup tracks 271 approved events across 62 countries and 142 cities for 2026, run by 163 organisers. 250 of those are still upcoming or active. That sounds like abundance, but the distribution is lopsided: Europe hosts the largest share, followed by North America, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. If you are planning a year of travel on a fixed budget, that concentration is the single most useful fact on this page.
The year is also front-loaded into a handful of weeks. June alone carries 45 events — nearly a quarter of the annual total — followed by September with 27, July with 25 and November with 25. December drops to 9. The practical consequence is that the two most valuable months of the year are the ones where you will be forced to choose between overlapping events, which is why we built the conflict checker and published 30 head-to-head comparisons of the pairs people most often agonise over.
Conference, summit, expo or meetup — the difference matters
Of the 271 events on our 2026 list, 159 are conferences, 75 are summits, 28 are expos and 7 are meetups or networking sessions. Those labels are not interchangeable. A conference sells you a content programme; a summit is usually smaller, more senior, and priced accordingly; an expo sells you a floor of booths and is measured in thousands rather than hundreds of attendees. Meetups are the rarest and, for many affiliates, the highest-yield format — a rooftop with sixty people beats a hall with six thousand if you are trying to have four real conversations.
Crowd size is the other axis worth checking before you book. The events we track this month range from an 80-person summit in São Paulo to 20,000+ expected at GITEX Nigeria. Neither is better; they solve different problems. Big rooms are for brand visibility and running into people by accident. Small rooms are for scheduled, intentional meetings. Most people who complain that "conferences don't work" have simply been attending the wrong size.
The part nobody puts on the agenda
Every experienced affiliate will tell you the same thing: the value is in the evening. Joint ventures get agreed over dinner, not in breakout rooms. That is why AFFMashup tracks side-events, dinners and rooftop mixers alongside the main conferences, and why our Telegram channels exist — the After Parties & Meetups group alone has 900+ members coordinating the week of each major event. Attending a conference without knowing what is happening at 9pm is paying full price for half the product.
The practical version of this: book a conference, then check what else is happening in the same city that week. Most of the time there is a network dinner, a competing brand's mixer and at least one informal community meetup, none of which appear on the official agenda.
Budget: what a year on the circuit really costs
Tickets are rarely the largest line. Flights, four nights of hotel at conference rates, and the dinners you should be paying for typically outweigh the badge. The break-even calculator exists to make that arithmetic explicit before you commit, and the entry-requirement notes exists because a Schengen or GCC application that starts three weeks out is a trip you have already lost. For anyone attending more than three events a year, the cheapest optimisation available is clustering: pick a region, find two or three events within a fortnight, and fly once.
How to use this directory
Start with the calendar to see the shape of the next few months, then narrow by city or country if your travel is constrained. Use the event quiz if you are new and would rather answer six questions than read 199 listings. Check the organiser profile before you buy — organisers are consistent, so a good experience with one event is a reasonable predictor of the next. Read the attendee reviews, which also feed the 2026 awards. And when you land, read the destination guide for the city, because knowing which district the affiliate crowd actually drinks in is worth more than the venue map.
Everything here is free, and listings are reviewed before they appear. If you run an event or a side-event that we have missed, submit it — the directory is only as complete as the community makes it.
